Who are we?


FIMEXCO SAM is an accounting firm created in 2008 which continued the activity initially started by Cabinet Jean BOERI in the 1970s.

FIMEXCO SAM intervenes in all areas that repeatedly affect the life of companies and individuals such as accounting, social, legal and taxation.
The firm also carries out ad hoc assignments, particularly in the context of financial, social, acquisition and business valuation audits.

About forty employees, with in-depth knowledge of Monegasque specificities, are grouped together in different departments:

• Accounting and tax expertise
• Contractual and legal audit
• Social
• Legal
• Anti-money laundering and compliance

More recently, the creation of a subsidiary SARL FIMEXCO ADVISORY MONACO makes it possible to complete the field of activities by intervening in the areas of consulting in internal organization, internal control, information systems, cybersecurity, compliance with constraints LAB and GDPR, management and training of managers and staff.


FIMEXCO SAM is headed by Claude BOERI who is its Deputy Chairman.

Claude BOERI has a dual-skills course with an initial training as an engineer in telecommunications and networks, a dual-skills Master’s degree in administration and management of companies, as well as a diploma in chartered accountancy.

The knowledge and experience acquired in these different fields allow a broader spectrum of intervention corresponding to the evolution of demand and technologies.

Claude BOERI is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of the Principality of Monaco and is currently Vice-President of the Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Monaco.

Claude BOERI is surrounded by around forty employees specialized in Monegasque issues which allow the Firm to answer all questions concerning the life of a company.
